website or booking any treatments at our studio.
1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the Angelics website or booking any
treatments at our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the website or book treatments.
2. Treatment Bookings:
a. To book a treatment at our studio, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
b. All treatment bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right
to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
a. Payment for treatments is due at the time of booking.
b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
c. Refunds for cancelled appointments are issued at the discretion of Angelics.
4. Treatment Disclaimer:
a. While we strive to provide high-quality treatments, results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type and condition.
b. Angelics is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that may
occur because of receiving a treatment. Clients are encouraged to disclose any known allergies or medical conditions before booking.
5. Health and Safety:
a. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications
before receiving a treatment.
b. Clients are responsible for following any pre and post-treatment
instructions provided by Angelics to ensure their safety and well-being.
6. Intellectual Property:
a. The content and materials on the Angelics website, including but not limited
to text, images, and logos, are the property of Angelics and are protected by copyright laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Angelics website without our express written permission.
7. Changes to Terms:
a. Angelics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time
without prior notice.
b. By continuing to use the Angelics website or book treatments after any
changes to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of England
and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
